I am a retired attorney now living outside of Reno, Nevada. The book Synthetics Rising was originally written in 1977 but only recently published. It is the story of genetic engineering. What might happen if a race of synthetic humans were developed. Due to their superiority, the Synthetics are hated by regular humans and eventually exiled to a harsh planet where they are expected to die.
Synthetics, due to their superiority, do not die. They survive and develop their own civilization. Eventually they colonize outer space where they collide with the three other human civilizations and war takes place
While writing this book I had to deal with the fact that according to Theory of Relativity interstellar space travel is impossible because the speed of light cannot be exceeded. As a result of studying the Theory of Relativity, I discovered that this is not true. More importantly, that the Theory of Relativity is inconsistent with the relativity of Galileo Galilei. I therefore wrote an article entitled Galilean Relativity or Einsteinian Relativity arguing that Galileo was correct and Einstein was wrong.
Galilean relativity holds that the laws of physics behave the same inside a moving inertial system as it does a stationary system. Thus, light speed is cumulative with the speed of its propagating object as proven by the Null Result of the Interferometer.
